Organised and conducted a series of State-Level Training Programmes for the newly appointed Child Welfare Committees in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra on the Juvenile Justice Act.

Organised and conducted a series of State-Level Training Programmes for the Child Care Personnel — Superintendents, Probation Officers, and Caretakers, in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra on various aspects related to child care and the Juvenile Justice Act.

- Worked as Coordinator (Child Rights Cell) under the Department of Women & Child Development (Government of Maharashtra ) & UNICEF. Main responsibilities entailed working on children's issues at the State-level related to labour, sexual abuse, prostitution, adoption, institutionalised children by liasoning with NGOs, funding agencies, other State Government departments, the Central Government, UNICEF and voluntary organisations.
- Worked as a Consultant–Research Coordinator for a research project being carried out by Child Relief and You (CRY) & Government of India (Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment). The project was an evaluation study of all children's organisations availing of grant-in-aid under the scheme of ‘A Programme for Juvenile Justice' in Maharashtra .
