  • Conducted a series of student workshops on Developing Durable Peace Processes and Partners in collaboration with Delhi Policy Group and Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, on specific themes such as Ending Violence, Building Confidence on Ground, Response of International Community to Humanitarian Crisis, Sustaining Peace Initiatives, etc.

  • Training sessions on Community Organisation and Development Action for CBOs and NGOs

  • Training Workshops on Secular Action for promoting Communal Harmony and Peace for School teachers and NGO/CBO activists

  • Coordinated 12 training programmes for functionaries of local self-governments in Kerala as a part of the People's Planning Programme on themes such as Community Participation, Micro-finance, Participatory Planning Techniques and Change and Stress Management.
