Zubin R. Mulla is a Professor at the School of Management and Labour Studies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Pune university, a post-graduate diploma in business management, and a doctorate in management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has seven years experience in engineering and management consulting prior to moving to academics in 2005. His areas of research interest include ethics, leadership, executive compensation, and evidence-based HRM.
