Greetings from the School of Law, Rights & Constitutional Governance (SLRCG), TISS, Mumbai!
The SLRCG, TISS, Mumbai is organizing a “ National Conference on New Criminal Laws,” in collaboration with the Mumbai District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Mumbai, on 7th December 2024 at Armaity Desai Hall, Main Campus , TISS, Mumbai.
The main themes of the Conference are "Emerging Technologies for Access to Justice under New Criminal Laws" and “Strengthening Victim-Centric Legal Aid and Judicial Processes”.
The Conference is mandated by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India (GoI).
The Chief Guest for this Workshop is Hon’ble Justice Dr. Neela Kedar Gokhale, Judge Bombay High Court & Guardian Judge of City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai. The Guest for the Valedictory is Hon’ble Justice Dr. Shalini Phansalkar Joshi, Retired Judge Bombay High Court. The Conference will be addressed by Shri. Anil Subramaniam, Hon’ble Principal Judge City Civil & Session Court, Mumbai.
