The School of Habitat Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences is organising its annual School Festival, Pangaea on 27th and 28th January, 2017. The school has successfully organised this event every year since 2014. The School of Habitat Studies, a centre for knowledge excellence, focuses on providing a comprehensive response to the knowledge- related needs of the society in the habitat sector. It draws from the fields of habitat studies, governance, economics, environmental science, the social sciences, engineering, architecture, and management.
Paper Presentation
The Paper Presentation competition seeks to stimulate critical and analytical thinking in the fields of regulation, climate change, water policy and urban governance. The objective is to bring together a collection of good and forward looking research ideas that can help in shaping our country’s future and reconceptualising our habitat.
