Objectives of the Session:

4. Introduce Interconnectedness which can help build team work in individual lives
5. Help in Goal Setting

Structure of the Session:

1. Introduction and Building Group Trust and Safety
2. Body Warm Up
3. Guided Imagery to explore movement and arrive at goal setting
4. Tree of Life – An activity in Visual Art and Colors
5. Choreography- Themes for Choreography - Listening, Confidentiality, Empathy, Empower
6. Closing Activity: Circle of Learning
