This one-year, part-time fellowship aims to train and support school teachers to create joyful teaching and learning spaces. With a hybrid training mode, in-person sessions at TISS, and online sessions, selected teachers will gain state-of-the-art SEL frameworks and tools, mentorship, and a supportive community.

Who Should Apply:
1️⃣ Teachers passionate about mental health and social-emotional learning
2️⃣ Graduate/Bachelor's degree holders with 3+ years of teaching experience
3️⃣ Fluent in Hindi (speaking) and English (reading/writing) 
4️⃣ Committed to transforming schools into great SEL spaces
