Objective of the workshop:-
In the ever-increasing demands from our work, we are getting imbalanced. Mental health is largely compromised and this is decreasing our productivity. We should not forget that we created work n now work is putting us to labour. A happy life is not a rocket science but an intelligent framework put in right place. Although it seems difficult to put it into practice, there are some tips to get there.

MD Psychiatry and currently working as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in KEM Hospital

The facilitator is MD Psychiatry and currently working as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in KEM Hospital, Mumbai . She has worked as Medical Officer before and had been expert medical witness in court of law. She is involved in clinical practice of treatment of mental illnesses and numerous hospital based research projects. She has spoken and presented her work in many national and international conferences. She is actively involved in teaching and public speaking on the topics of Addictions, Stress, Suicide and others
The facilitator believes in cognitive approach of problem solving with a blend of socio-cultural understanding and principles of learning.
