The School of Habitat Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai is organizing the 5 th edition of Pangaea, its annual school festival on the 19 th and 20 th of January, 2018. Pangaea ’18 aims to bring together the academic community in an inclusive, open and free space to discuss the multifaceted arena that water is under the theme of „Water and We‟.
Model United Nations is going to be a simulation of UN Habitat with the agenda “Inter State Conflicts arising out of measures to combat natural disasters”where the delegates will deliberate, discuss and develop resolutions in the quest of building resilient livelihoods through cooperation.
Who can Participate?
Any scholar with interest in international affairs, the United Nations, local/international social issues, debating, and/or policy-making can participate.
What to expect?
Cash prizes worth Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) for Best delegate, Best Delegation, and Highest commendation.
