Dr. Neelam Yadava joined the School of Rural Development as a faculty in the year 2010. She has worked with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research Project of NAIP in North West Himalaya. She has completed her study from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology with specialization of Agriculture Extension and Communication (Major) and Social Sciences (Minor). Her doctoral research was on “Designing Training Module on Entrepreneurship Behaviour for Women Engaged In Sericulture: A Study in Uttarakhand”. She has also cleared NET exam conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, India. She has presented many research papers in national conferences organized by various universities across the county.

• Ph. D. from G.B.P.U.A.&T. Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, in 2008 with specialization Agricultural Extension and Communication (Major) and Social Sciences (Minor) . The study was “Designing Training Module on Entrepreneurship Behaviour for Women Engaged In Sericulture: A Study in Uttarakhand”
• M.Sc. from GB Pant university in 2005 on the topic “An In- Depth Study of Agricultural Technology Information Centre:  A Study in Uttarakahnd, Pantnagar”

• Worked on the proposal for impact assessment of ‘parivartan project’ initiated by IL&FS Transportation Networks ltd. (ITNL) is an established ISO 9000:2001 surface transportation infrastructure company.
