Dr. Tania Shaw [previously working as ‘Associate Professor’ and ‘Programme Director’ of B.Com.(H) International with ACCA Global (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, London), B.Com.(H) & B.A.(H) Psychology in School of Management Studies, Ansal University (SMS, AU), Gurgaon] is a commended academician from the area of HR/OB/IR/GM  and has done her Ph.D. (Management) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (D.A.V.V.), Indore after  clearing UGC JRF and NET both. She has also done MSW (LWPM), MBA (HRM), BSW, LLB (Degree Awaited), Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (PGJMC), Dip. TD from Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), and is also a ‘Certified Transactional Analyst’ for foundation course (TA-101) from Training and Certification Council of Transactional Analyst Incorporation of America and ‘Certified Assessment Centre Analyst’ (MSME, GoI).

Dr. Shaw has got more than 20 years of rich experience including both academics and industry in the areas of Teaching, Training, Research, Consultancy and Institutional Building. She was associated with renowned organizations like IISWBM, Kolkata; IBS, Chennai and Mumbai; FIIB, Delhi; PIMR, Indore; IMS, Indore; SSCTM, Bhilai;  Eicher Motors Limited, Pithampur, Indore to name a few. She is also a life member of professional bodies of repute like Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and National HRD Network (NHRD).

All the administrative and operational matters of TISS-SVE are handled by Dr.Tania Shaw.
